What we collect
When you book an audit or send a form, we collect your name, email, company, headcount range, and anything you write in the message field. When you visit our website, we collect pseudonymous analytics (visits, clicks, pages viewed) so we can improve the site.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never buy it from a third-party broker. We never train public AI models on anything you send us. We never share your information with our other clients.
What about the code and data we write for paying clients?
Everything we build sits on your infrastructure under your account. We have least-privilege access only for as long as we're actively engaged, and that access is revocable in one click when our work is done. See our MSA outline for the formal commitments.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any data we have about you at any time. Email privacy@clearloom.ai. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
We use first-party cookies to remember your session and improve the site. We use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics for ad attribution (all via Conversions API server-side where possible, so your browsing isn't tracked by default if you block tracking).
