You ship production software end-to-end, using AI as a multiplier. You've written real code in Next.js, Postgres, and Python. You've run things in production that someone else's business depended on.

You know one of our verticals (law, CPA, agency, medical) from the inside. Former COO, practice manager, or ops lead. You spec apps that clinicians / attorneys / partners will actually use.

You own 5–10 client accounts. You hear their problems, translate to specs, review what ships, and keep the relationship warm. You're half engineer, half CSM.

You care about how software feels for non-technical users. Comfortable in React + Tailwind, obsessed with the details. You've made software real people loved using.
